When the next 9-11 event occours and martial law enforced world wide, will you be considered a 'terrorist' for refusing mandatory chip implants?

they produced this small .avi video. I think it's abit too inclined towards 'conspiracy' stuff... but the risk is real. Human chipping is *not* a good thing, no matter whether or not (or how much) 'conspiracy' theorys are real.
